The Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition offers both Master of Science and Doctor of Philosophy degree programs in two areas: food science and human nutrition.
The department also offers a Dietetic Internship Program that prepares its graduates to become dietitians in state-of-the-art practice, within diverse and challenging healthcare, food service and entrepreneurial positions.
